Warranty conditions:
Damages caused by poor transport, improper use, improper storage, non-compliance with the instructions in the technical documentation, non-grounding, malfunctions in the electric network, the use of unauthorized equipment and accessories, repair of the defect by unauthorized people, or other causes beyond the control of the supplier shall be at the expense of the client.
The following are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty:
- Wear parts: batteries, accumulators, photocells, printers, and consumables.
- Damage caused by external influences, shock damage, overheating, water, moisture or acids.
The warranty is void in the event of:
- Damaged appearance, erased or illegible serial number;
- Damage caused by other modules used in conjunction with the equipment supplied
Warranty does not cover:
- Costs of repairs, adjustments or the like which were necessary to be carried out alongside the warranty services
- The additional cost of transporting the equipment to the service facility, and for an on-site visit by a service technician.
Note:
- Performing warranty services does not extend the warranty period!
- Claims for cancellation, price reduction or compensation are excluded!

Calibration in Germany
GLOBAL-TECT Ltd. also offers instrument calibration in an ISO 17025-certified laboratory in Germany, with the issue of ISO and DAKKS-certificates for the following parameters:
- Physical parameters ( temperature, humidity, air flow velocity, flow rate, time - second meters)
- Mechanical measurements (pressure, reference weights)
- Electrical measurements (current, voltage, frequency, resistance, current clamps) oscilloscopes

Temperature Mapping
One of the basic requirements of good producing practices is the availability of a confirmation documenting that the parameters of the environment are under constant control.
One way of obtaining such a confirmation is to draw up a temperature map of the room or refrigerator.
,,Global-Test“ Ltd. offers the service „Temperature mapping“ and also a map of relative humidity distribution.
This service is currently available for all companies for which there are special requirements for temperature regimes – pharmaceutical plants, storage rooms and refrigerators for pharmaceuticals, storage rooms and workrooms for food products, clean rooms, etc.
The creation of a temperature map allows the establishment of zones with the highest or lowest temperatures and the determination of the critical points for a constant control.
For the measurements, recording thermometers and hygrometers /Data loggers/ of the company "Testo" - Germany with preset minimum and maximum values are used. The data loggers have been tested in a certified laboratory and have the appropriate certificates. The quantity of data loggers and the locations of their placement, as well as the duration of measurement, are determined individually for each room, depending on the measurements made.
After the measurements have been made, the data obtained is summarised and analysed and the critical points for each area are determined. A temperature map and a protocol are prepared and, if necessary, submitted to the inspection body. A permanent connection to the Testo Data Loggers, as well as the Testo Monitoring System is established.
