One of the basic requirements of good production practices is the availability of a confirmation documenting that the parameters of the environment are under constant control. One way of obtaining such a confirmation is to draw up a temperature map of the room or refrigerator.
Global-Test Ltd. offers the service "Temperature mapping" and also a map of relative humidity distribution. This service is currently available for all companies for which there are special requirements for temperature regimes – pharmaceutical plants, storage rooms and refrigerators for pharmaceuticals, storage rooms and workrooms for food products, clean rooms, etc.
The creation of a temperature map allows the establishment of zones with the highest or lowest temperatures and the determination of the critical points for a constant control.
For the measurements, recording thermometers and hygrometers /Data loggers/ of the company "Testo" - Germany with preset minimum and maximum values are used. The data loggers have been tested in a certified laboratory and have the appropriate certificates. The quantity of data loggers and the locations of their placement, as well as the duration of measurement, are determined individually for each room, depending on the measurements made.
After the measurements have been made, the data obtained is summarized and analyzed and the critical points for each area are determined. A temperature map and a protocol are prepared and, if necessary, submitted to the inspection body. A permanent connection to the Testo Data Loggers, as well as the Testo Radio Monitoring System is established.
