The thermal imagers testo 885 and testo 890 in the newly developed camcorder design offer excellent image quality and lots of innovative features. The ideal ergonomics with rotatable handle and fold-out, rotatable display as well as intuitive hybrid operation provide best usability in every application.
New features
SuperResolution technology
SuperResolution technology improves the image quality by one class, ie the resolution of the thermal images is four times higher.
Panorama image assistant
For large measurement objects, the panorama image assistant allows the analysis and documentation of a total image stitched together from many individual images. There is no need to administer, view and compare several images
SiteRecognition technology
For repetitive thermography of similar measurement objects, the SiteRecognition technology offers the direct recognition, allocation and archiving of the measurement sites, as well as the automatic allocation and archiving of the thermal images.
Fully radiometric video measurement incl. logger function (via USB)
With the fully radiometric video measurement thermal processes can be thermally analyzed in real time (also periodically and event based). For every instant, all temperature measurement points are exactly available per pixel.
Alarm value function
The optical color alarm shows all image points whose temperature values are above or below a defined limit value, marked in color in the thermal image.
Solar mode
In solar mode, the value of the sun irradiation can be entered into the thermal imager. This value is stored with each thermal image and is then available for analysis in the evaluation software.
Video measurement with up to 3 measurement points (via USB)
With the video measurement, thermographic video recordings can be directly transferred to a PC. Up to 3 measurement points are available for each individual image, and can be analyzed.
