Service

  • Warranty and out-of-warranty service of all products sold
  • Repair and maintenance of all types of level meters
  • Concludes an out-of-warranty service contract for appliances

Warranty conditions:

Damages caused by poor transport, improper use, improper storage, non-compliance with the instructions in the technical documentation, non-grounding, malfunctions in the electric network, the use of unauthorized equipment and accessories, repair of the defect by unauthorized people, or other causes beyond the control of the supplier shall be at the expense of the client.

The following are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty:

  • Wear parts: batteries, accumulators, photocells, printers, and consumables.
  • Damage caused by external influences, shock damage, overheating, water, moisture or acids.

The warranty is void in the event of:

  • Damaged appearance, erased or illegible serial number;
  • Damage caused by other modules used in conjunction with the equipment supplied

Warranty does not cover:

  • Costs of repairs, adjustments or the like which were necessary to be carried out alongside the warranty services
  • The additional cost of transporting the equipment to the service facility, and for an on-site visit by a service technician.

Note:

  • Performing warranty services does not extend the warranty period!
  • Claims for cancellation, price reduction or compensation are excluded!
