Electrical Thermography

The Electrical Thermography serves to detect thermal anomalies in electrical installations. Electrical installations and facilities are  flown through by a load current. On the one hand there are  the „natural“ inner resistances and on the other side contact resistances. These resistances lead to a heating up of the  components. The main task of the electrical thermography is to find defective electrical connections and to localize anomalies of overload on wires, components and switchboards.

High Energy Processes

For production processes which need high energy, for example  iron and steel production, as well as brick and glas production, Thermography is used for the equipment condition monitoring of industrial kilns and other energy intensive facilities. Especially measurements in the high temperature sector are of interest. Machines, arbors and bearing are stressed by the high temperatures and have to be checked preventively.
